At Monk in Tee, we believe in a path of least resistance – especially when it comes to your experience with our products. If your purchase doesn’t bring you peace of mind, we are here to help you find your zen again.
The Enlightenment Period (Return Window)
You have 15 days from the date of delivery to decide if your Tee is the right fit for your journey. After 15 days, we consider the sale a final step in your path.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Purity of State (Eligibility)
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must remain in its “original state of being”:
- Unworn & Unwashed: The fabric must be as pure as when it left us.
- Tags Attached: All original brand tags and packaging must be intact.
- Condition: Free from stains, perfume scents, or any signs of use.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale Items: Any products purchased during “Final Sale” or “Flash Sale” events.
- Custom Tees: Items personalized specifically for you.
- Digital Courses: Courses that are downloaded or accessed online.
The Path to Return (Process)
Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:
- Request: Visit our Return Center on the website or email us at refund@monkintee.com with your Order ID.
- Pickup: We offer a Reverse Pickup facility for most pin codes in India. Our courier partner will reach out within 48-72 hours of your request.
- Self-Ship: If your pin code is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may ship the item to our warehouse. We will reimburse you with a ₹100 store credit for your effort.
Important Note: For damaged or missing items, we require an Unboxing Video to be shared within 24 hours of delivery. This helps us ensure the integrity of our supply chain.
Refunds & Rewards
Once your return reaches our warehouse and passes a quality check (usually within 48 hours), we process your refund:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunded directly to your original payment method (Bank, UPI, or Card). This usually reflects in 5-7 business days.
- COD Orders: You can choose between Store Credit (Monk Credits) which is instant, or a refund to your bank account via a secure link we provide.
- Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges and COD fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges
Found the right design but the wrong size? We offer one free exchange per order. Subsequent exchanges for the same order may incur a nominal processing fee of ₹99.
