How long does it take to get the product delivered?
Delivery usually takes 3-5 days, depending on the pin code and availability of the design.
How do you ship the product?
We ship the product through rusted national and regional couriers across India with multiple service levels, end‑to‑end tracking.
We ship through India Post if your pin code isn’t serviced by other couriers.
Where can I find the list of serviceable pin codes?
We automatically select the best shipping option based on your pin code. If the pin code is not serviceable by regular couriers, we will ship via India Post.
What happens if my pin code suddenly becomes unserviceable?
In rare cases where a pin code becomes unserviceable due to unexpected events, the order will be returned to us. We’ll rebook it once the pin code is serviceable again. Please note that no refunds will be provided in these situations.
Can I modify the shipping address of my order after it has been placed?
Yes, You can modify the shipping address of your order before we have processed (packed) it, by updating it under ‘change address’ option which is available under ‘My order’ section of App/Website
